Theme: Haldi Kumkum
In the Haldi ceremony, relatives apply the paste to specific body parts of the bride and groom - face, arms, hands, knees, and feet - using mango leaves. Despite the mess, adorned in traditional attire, the couple receives blessings as family members sing traditional songs, each taking turns in the ritual cleansing.
